Why do we celebrate?
We take this time to shine a light on the many “hats” frontline staff – from direct and remote support professionals to social guides to integrated service specialists and others – wear. They are job coaches, mentors, difference makers, fierce advocators, independency builders, community integrators and so much more. Our frontline staff is the heart and soul of supports for adults with developmental disabilities serve.
