CARF International (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) is an independent, non-profit accrediting body of health and human services whose mission is to promote the quality, value and optimal outcomes of services that centers on enhancing the lives of persons served. CARF-accredited service providers have applied CARF’s comprehensive set of standards to all aspects of their service delivery practices. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation decision has undergone a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable and accountable.
The Standard Group is a collaborative of providers, recognized by Hamilton County Developmental Disability Services, which assists, supports and encourages providers to achieve benchmarks that go beyond standard compliance in the areas of community integration, quality assurance, employee best practice, person-centered staffing, and interagency collaboration.
LADD is certified by ODODD as an agency provider of Supported Living and Home and Community Based waiver services. LADD’s employment services are certified through the Rehabilitation Services Commission and the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program.
