While living in their own home, apartment or family residence, LADD’s Community Supported Living Program offers adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to learn and strengthen independent living skills. They also learn how to live and access different services in the community.
Services can range from a few hours each week to 24 hours a day depending on the needs of the individual. Each person participates develops an Individual Service Plan (ISP) that addresses support needs, and ensures their health and safety while living in the community. The ISP is created with support from our staff and friends, family, and other professionals on their “team.”
