Employment

LADD’s Supported Employment Program assists adults with developmental disabilities in choosing, obtaining, and maintaining competitive employment in a variety of business settings. Working in partnership with employers across the Greater Cincinnati area, LADD staff assist people in finding employment, providing on-the-job training and, if necessary, providing follow-up services.

LADD provides:

  • Job Development Services – Exploring job opportunities, conducting job searches, and preparing for interviews
  • Job Coaching – On-the-job training with a job coach to help you learn your job’s responsibilities
  • Job Retention – Ongoing job support and training
  • Travel Training – Coaching on how to get you to and from work
