LADD’s smart homes are staffed with in-person support and remote support powered by Smart Living Systems. LADD’s smart homes are state-of-the-art technology enabled homes, in walkable neighborhoods, close to bus stops, with sidewalks that lead to places where people can shop and work. LADD’s smart homes are in clusters of at least three homes within a five-minute drive for in-person staff. The level and type (remote or in-person) of staffing for each house is determined by Individual Service Plans (ISP) developed for each person that addresses support needs and ensures their health and safety while living in the community.

LOCATION

LADD has clusters of homes located in Anderson Township and Blue Ash. LADD will open three additional clusters of homes in 2026 in Hyde Park, Norwood, and Colerain Township.
